Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the team to achieve sales target, contribution and KPI
- Maintain the effective stock management system to maximize sales , profitability and minimize shrinkage
- Lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Analyze and report the business performance of store
- Lead the meeting every month
- Manage the day-to-day Basic Operations (Cleanlines,Clarity,Comfort & Control)
- Manage and supervise the team to implementation of Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Review Performance Appraisal
Requirements:
- At least Diploma, Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 year(s) experience working in retail store.
- Age between 27 - 35 years old
- Applicants must be willing to work in Lampung
- Possess good customer service, good analytical and drive in achieving sales target
- Able to work with shifting schedule and public holiday/weekend
- Fluent in English is a must (active and passive)
